National Recognition for Zenith College and Career Prep
July was a milestone month for Zenith! We were honored to be selected as one of only 14 emerging public charter schools nationwide to receive a $250,000 Charter School Growth Fund Seed Grant. This national recognition strengthens our work as we prepare to open a high-quality college and career-focused public charter high school serving Maryvale in Fall 2027.
From Dr. Samant
Dear Zenith families and community, July was filled with incredible momentum as we continue building Zenith from the ground up. From submitting our final charter application and expanding partnerships with leading universities to connecting with families throughout Maryvale, every step brings us closer to opening our doors in Fall 2027. Thank you for believing in our vision and being part of this journey to expand opportunity for every student. With gratitude, Dr. Jay Samant Founder & CEO

Building Partnerships That Expand Opportunity

Together, we're creating future opportunities for Zenith students and families, including scholarships, dual enrollment, career exploration, professional development, and educator pipeline opportunities such as student teaching and practicum experiences. We're also excited to continue building partnerships with Arizona State University to expand opportunities for both future students and aspiring educators.

Building the Future Before Our Doors Open
Although our first students won't arrive until Fall 2027, we're already creating the experiences that will define a Zenith education. This month we: 1) Submitted our final charter application and entered the final authorization phase. 2) Expanded partnerships with Grand Canyon University and Arizona State University. 3) Continued building college, career, and workforce partnerships for future students. 4) Connected with families throughout Maryvale to ensure Zenith reflects the community it will serve. 5) Continued designing a high school where every student graduates prepared for college, career, and life.
